To our audience: A pillar of our mission has relied heavily upon the concept that love conquers all. This idea has rang true more than ever in 2020.

We have taken the past couple of days to listen to your feedback. We have received an overwhelming response to include more diversity on our feed and in our publication. To our followers who have been holding us accountable, we truly appreciate your honesty and want to say thank you.

As a leader in our industry, we recognize that we have a platform to bring about positive change and inclusivity. As always, we are committed to sharing ALL of your love stories. We would like to acknowledge your feedback but more importantly, we’d like to commit to sharing how we plan on moving forward: 1. We are committing to diversifying our vendor community and the content that is created in collaboration with RMB. 2. We will work diligently to incorporate more BIPOC + LGBTQ+ content across our print and digital platforms in a genuine and authentic way. 3. Rooted in the Rockies, our educational summit, is currently under construction. We are planning to incorporate a speaker panel on diversity in our industry within the Rocky Mountain Region. 4. We want to instill an open-door policy to continue this dialogue. We will continue to reach out on an individual basis to address your comments and concerns. We welcome your ideas and feedback to help us better serve you.
