However, due to the number of submissions, please allow up to two weeks for review. By submitting, you are guaranteeing that all parties involved have approved your submission. If accepted, the submission is considered exclusive to RMB and cannot be published elsewhere prior to its publication in RMB, either online or in print. Submissions must be completed in FULL to be accepted and published. We are unable to reach out to additional vendors or the couple for details to complete the form. Please do so prior to filling out the form. NOTE: Please do not submit through social media.
Gallery Submission Guidelines
We are always on the hunt for high-quality work from within our region that aligns with our aesthetic: authentic, genuine, and all-encompassing. Submissions are considered for print magazines, digital wedding guides, online articles, or daily blogs. We celebrate diversity and welcome submissions of all kinds.
Cannot be Previously Published
Submissions cannot have been published previously online, in print, or otherwise on one of RMB’s competitors. While we love what they do, we strive to feature new and fresh content for our readers. Please don’t hesitate to post on personal or vendor websites.
Approval from Vendors and Clients
Approval must be granted by all contributing vendors and clients prior to submission.
Include All Vendor Information
Vendor info must include the vendor’s name, email address, website, and social media handles. Incomplete vendor information will keep submissions from being accepted.
We love supporting small businesses, and giving credit is critical to everyone’s success! Please help us support these talented folks grow, and take the time to give proper credit to all who were involved!
Commonly left out are accommodations, dress designer, dress store, men’s clothing, transportation, officiant, rehearsal dinner location, jewelry, invitations designer and favors.

Photo Sizing & Quantities
For real weddings, please send a gallery of 150-300 professional-quality images. We may ask to see the full gallery if more imagery is necessary. We love to tell the wedding story from beginning to end, and love details!
For other types of submissions, we greatly appreciate seeing full galleries of professional-quality photos. Images need to be hi-res or, at a minimum, 2048 pixels wide (TOP EDGE) in both landscape and portrait frames, with all branding removed.
How to Share Your Photos
We love: Dropbox, Pixieset, Pass, Pic-time. Please make sure the settings allow us to access the gallery, download hi-res images, and are not set to expire. Also accepted but less enthusiastically: Google Drive, OneDrive ***If needed, please provide the gallery password and download pin at time of submission. If you use Dropbox, a link to a folder labeled with your company name and the name of the couple, product, or work is preferred. Please do not name it Rocky Mountain Bride.

We require a minimum of 150 words or 450 characters and welcome additional snippets from vendors or couples.

Submit Your Gallery to Rocky Mountain Bride
You should expect to hear from a member of our team by email within TWO weeks of your submission. In the event you do not hear back, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your submission either hasn’t made its way to us, or we need a sweet pestering!
Accepted Submissions Next Steps
In the event your submission is accepted, we will follow up with the publication date, the platform where the submission will be featured (online, digital magazine, print magazine, or custom content), and the next steps. Once accepted, the submission is exclusive to RMB for initial publication.
Denied Submissions
You will receive an email letting you know the submission cannot be accepted. There are many reasons submissions are denied. The most common reasons are failure to fill out the necessary information, frequency of type of submission, submission being out of season, RMB’s need to maintain a balance between locations, not falling within RMB’s aesthetic, not enough content, time since submission occurred, and submission not being from within the region.
