“Jordan and I, at this point had been together for over a year and we both were going to school in Billings. Since we were not too far away, Jordan suggested we go to Red Lodge, and join in on their annual Christmas stroll with my sisters family. Jordan and I met up with them on Maine Street and had a lot of fun looking through boutiques and gift shops, listening to music, and riding on the horse carriage rides. After a while, all of us went away from Maine Street and hung out at a bench, and my sister suggested taking pictures of Jordan and I under the large lit-up Christmas tree. While I was worried about keeping my eyes open for pictures, he got on one knee out of nowhere. I was very surprised and definitely shed tears of joy. I could say that it was the best Christmas present I’ve ever received.”
