A Luxury Parisian Inspired Engagement Session

Brandon and I had been living together for about a year and we had talked a lot about getting married but I had no idea when he was going to pop the question! He had his two sisters plan a fun dinner with me way in advance so it didn’t even cross my mind that it’d happen this night because I already had ‘plans’… and Brandon told me he had an MCAT prep course that night to go to so I for sure didn’t think it was coming. Little did I know… while we were away at dinner, Brandon had an entire army come over to our apartment to help him completely redecorate and rearrange it! When his sisters dropped me off all the lights in the house were off so I didn’t think he was home yet and when I walked up to our front door I heard our favorite Leon Bridges song ‘River’ playing on our record player. Then when I opened the door I was in complete surprise and dropped everything in my hands!! Our apartment was glowing with candles everywhere, pictures of us strung across our fireplace, and Brandon waiting for me at the other end of the apartment. I was shaking with so many emotions running through me. It felt like I was dreaming. He said the most beautiful things to me before getting down on his knee and asking me to be his wife. It was the most perfect night and I truly felt like the luckiest girl in the world. He is my dream husband.
