“From our initial phone meeting with Mahli, I knew I HAD TO do her wedding. Her overall vision was as unique and beautiful as the love she and Tyler share! We kept a minimalist aesthetic, added in boho touches and kept a few small ‘wow factor’ details. Spice was our color focus with pops of dusty blue and other gorgeous, muted tones. Mahli’s dad is a bird hunter so we decided to incorporate pheasant feathers that he provided to add that authentic Montana vibe. The amber Nouveau vintage goblets blended with pale gold metal and black candle holders to create a slightly moody styled head table, just like the weather that day. We repurposed the arch florals to add a little romance to that space (something I do as often as possible). Then we elevated her ‘Bundtini Bar’ with tiny cakes and a few small custom-painted pedestals placed on a gorgeous antique wine buffet. Other fun details included a gold and glass champagne station and a sweet, intimate styled seating area. I love collabs with Juleianna at Petali and knew she was a perfect fit. And the best part: I was honored to be the first to design/style a wedding in the brand spankin’ new barn at Fox Fields. Amber and Nate designed the perfect venue, featuring a pond, canoe, mountain backdrops, and a ridiculously gorgeous barn that can be transformed to fit every aesthetic. This was an absolutely magical day full of as many tears of joy as there was laughter and smiles.”
