“Kat and Ryan met in college in the spring of 2016. Thanks to a couple of parties at his friends house, and their mutual love of dogs, Kat and Ryan found each other. A first official date at a Blink-182 concert solidified the deal and their relationship took off. Ryan says Kat fills his life with color (literally, he wears green pants now and had a purple suit for the wedding), and turns their ideas and dreams into detailed itineraries. The vision of the wedding was no different. Kat had dreamed of all the colors and fun details but overall she knew she just wanted to have fun! She truly wanted this to be a celebration of their love and life together and celebrate with all of the people who made them who they are as individuals and as a couple. Once she had shown her vision to Courtney, Ivory and Sage, Courtney really took full creative control and brought Kat’s Pinterest to life but also made it very unique to the couple. It never felt like it was an exact copy of what she had seen before. Kat absolutely loves the colors pink and red but wanted a slight edgy feel to it which is exactly what happened. Courtney threw in a ton of little surprises in the details such as the welcome drinks as people walked into the ceremony, the 360 photo booth, and follower installations. One of Kat and Ryan’s favorite memories was taking unity tequila shots with their bridal party. It really set the tone for the rest of the night. Fun and celebration where the key words for the night, and all of the vendors especially our photographer, Taylor, videographer, Rainee and Nelson, and our DJ blended right into the party and understood the assignment. “
