Kristen and Rick started dating while they were living in New York City. When Covid hit and the city shut down, they headed to the Adirondacks to spend a few months in nature and connecting with family. In August, Rick proposed on the lake, and not long after they decided to move together to Boise, ID for a slower and quieter pace of life and a more outdoorsy lifestyle. They are such an easygoing pair, and I loved my time introducing them to a couple of my favorite spots just outside the city. We were lucky to get gorgeous weather even though it was late in fall when the weather can turn cold quickly – I couldn’t have asked for more!
