Love Notes

“I am sure I speak for all other brides when I say that 5 stars is simply not enough! Victoria and her husband, Joe, are the darn cutest couple and their energy and excitement for their job is contagious! My husband and I feel so blessed to have found Victoria and Joe for our ceremony. They truly did it all – took beautiful photographs, officiated a beautiful ceremony, played guitar for our dance, picked up our flowers (side note – Apiana Blooms makes gorgeous bouquets!) and on top of all that, provided absolutely amazing company to celebrate with! Sometimes while planning your wedding you can feel as though you are just a customer to some vendors, but not with these two! They CARE!! They are in the business of making lovely memories and boy do they do it well! My husband and I had our ceremony in Bryce Canyon, and it was just pure magic. The only bad part of the experience was when we realized we had a plane ticket home from Utah and couldn’t adventure regularly with this lovely couple! To say that I could not recommend this dream team enough is an understatement. My new life goal will be convincing all my friends in the Midwest to get married in the West just so they can experience Victoria and Joe’s magic – and so we have an excuse to visit again!”

“I would give Knots in the Pines 10 stars if I could. Victoria and Joe went far above and beyond to make our 2-day elopement during COVID the most incredible wedding I have ever been to ever. Not only were the pictures mind-blowingly stunning, but they worked tirelessly to create an incredible experience that was authentic to us despite forest fires, COVID, and only 6 weeks to plan. They took care of everything, from the flowers (so gorgeous!!!) to the trip planning to the food (yum!!!) to getting to know us and creating a ceremony that was highly personalized to who we are as a couple to making acoustic guitar rendition of our song for our first dance. Not only was the planning flawless, but they became the good friends that you would want at your elopement. Once again, thank you Victoria and Joe. We are truly grateful.”

“My husband and I chose Knots in the Pines for our unique elopement adventure. We had a rough idea of what we wanted to do, although relied heavily on Victoria and Joe to point us in the right direction. We are not local to the Utah area, but knew Utah was a place we wanted to elope to. Victoria recommended the Unita Mountain range, more specially, The Notch trail. This was a very secluded trail, which is exactly what we wanted. The Notch had the most jaw dropping views we have ever seen. Let’s just say, we were NOT disappointed. From the very moment we talked to Victoria, we could tell she was a pro at what she does and knew exactly what we wanted. She was able to take our ideas and make them into a magical moment, which was just perfect, right down to a goat as our only guest. Not only were the views amazing, Victoria and Joe were able to capture the moments using their skills as photographers. They took hundreds of pictures and we are in love with every single one of them. They capture our love for each other and the outdoors that we will be able to cherish forever. Victoria and Joe went above and beyond our expectations. Joe learned our song for our first dance and played (and sang it) using his guitar that he carried for the entire hike. We knew it wasn’t an easy song, but it meant so much to us that he took the time to learn it. Victoria was able to take our ideas and make the ceremony unique to us. They also made sure we had snacks and took lots of breaks during the hike. We could not be happier about the day and we would recommend Knots in the Pine to anyone that is getting married that wants a unique and unforgettable adventure. Thank you so much Knots in the Pine for creating and capturing a day we will never forget!!”
