Tabitha + Brandon
Tabitha and Brandon reached out for an anniversary session after seeing my story post on Instagram. I knew from the moment they reached out that it was meant to be. Their playful way of communicating with each other and the way Brandon couldn’t keep his hands off of Tabitha the entire session had me gushing with excitement. These two got married during covid after all the reschedules and craziness and decided to celebrate their one year with some intentional photographs that represented how far they had come. Sun-soaked and dreamy was what we were going for and I think that is exactly what we got. We were very intentional with the planning and the execution of this photoshoot. I took them on a drive through backroads in the Wasatch mountains, some places they had never been, and we pulled over wherever we thought felt right. They cuddled in the grass and soaked in the last bits of sunshine before it turned cold in Utah. It was heaven on earth and the sun came out to remind us how lucky we are to take photos and spend time outside. Some advice the couple wanted to give other couples who are starting their own lives together amongst the uncertainty in our current world is: Today is the day. Don’t wait to make your dreams come true. Life isn’t going to wait for you so live for now. Take that trip. Get married. Do the photos. Chase your dream job. Why wait?
