Although one of the newest wedding venues on the market, Crescent Hall in Sandy, Utah, is rich in local history and charm. 

Initially built in the 1930s, the new space features historical details and character with bright, modern upgrades. If you appreciate stunning exposed brick, you might fall in love at first glance. 

Here are five things we absolutely love about this wedding venue:

1. The Price

Prices for the brand-new venue start at just $2600 for weekday events. The space comfortably seats 150 guests and can accommodate up to 200. The price also includes the use of onsite tables & chairs, sound system, bridal & groom suite, prep kitchen, and choice of onsite arch/backdrop. This price point is hard to beat for a stunning venue in the heart of Utah!

2. The Architecture & Design 

Featuring original exposed brick from the 1930s, art deco-inspired design, floor-to-ceiling windows, original wood floors, live plants, Edison lights, and more, no detail was spared in the renovation of Crescent Hall. The space is the perfect balance between industrial modern and classic contemporary, and natural light floods nearly every room through the original 1930s windows.

3. Decor Rental 

If ease of planning is a top priority, you’ll love the onsite decor rental inventory. Don’t stress over DIY projects or outside rental companies. Instead, browse the entire rental inventory straight from the Crescent Hall website. Rentals include vases, votives, lanterns, candlesticks, rugs, cake holders, and more. The flat fee for decor rental is $225.

4. Vendor Options

If you have an outside vendor, you’d love to work with; Crescent Hall welcomes it! You can opt to bring your own food or hire an outside caterer. Florals, wedding planners, and other outside vendors are also welcome. Alcohol is also welcomed by using one of their preferred bartenders and paying an additional $300 alcohol fee.

5. Event Flexibility 

There are multiple rates offered depending on your event timeline. Couples can choose from three event options: 

  • Evening rentals: 4 pm-10 pm 
  • Morning events: 9 am – 2 pm 
  • All-day rentals: 10 am – 10 pm 

The different event timelines allow you to pick and choose your ideal timeline, whether you plan to host the ceremony and reception or just the reception at Crescent Hall.
