Nestled in the heart of Incline Village in North Lake Tahoe, Aspen Grove offers a charming, park-like setting for couples seeking a beautiful outdoor wedding. True to its name, this seasonal venue (available June through September) is immersed in a lush grove of towering aspen trees, with the gentle sounds of Third Creek flowing nearby. It provides a serene and intimate atmosphere that feels tucked away, yet it is conveniently located within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and just across the street from the private Incline Village beaches.
Ideal for celebrations of up to 120 guests, Aspen Grove has a large grassy area for ceremonies and permanent picnic tables for your reception under the aspens. It is one of the more affordable Tahoe venues, yet a beautiful choice for couples who want their “I dos” framed by vibrant greenery and pristine mountain air.
Beyond the charm of the venue itself, you’ll find exceptional photography locations right on the grounds, within the bordering forest trails and throughout the surrounding Lake Tahoe region.
Rentals: Tables, chairs, linens, china are provided by the venue and outside vendors welcomed for additional vendors
Curfews: Coincides with noise ordinance: 10pm - We do allow about an hour after music ends for the guests & hosts to gather their belongings & depart.
