What do you consider your style to be?

Our style is refined, intentional, and deeply personal. Because our portfolio spans a wide range of aesthetics and overall budgets, we don’t believe in a single signature look. Instead, we focus on creating a cohesive design that feels true to each couple. We’re naturally drawn to elevated celebrations that feel effortless: think layered, thoughtful, and immersive without feeling overdone. The heart of our process is making sure the design reflects the couple more than anyone else, including us as planners. We take time to understand how they want their wedding to feel, then build the visual direction from there. From there, we help to carefully curate a vendor team whose strengths align with the vision. We find that the magic truly happens when all of the right creative partners are in place to bring a vision to life.

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?

Couples who value the experience just as much as the aesthetics. The ones who want their guests to feel welcomed, cared for, and immersed in the celebration. I especially love working with couples who trust the process, appreciate thoughtful design, and understand that an incredible wedding takes strategy behind the scenes. When there’s collaboration and trust, that’s when the magic really happens.

How did you get started in the wedding industry?

I started planning events over a decade ago and quickly realized I loved the balance of creativity and leadership the role required. Weddings are one of the few events where design, logistics, emotion, and family dynamics all collide in one day. Building Everson Events has allowed me to grow a team of planners who share that same steady, solutions-oriented mindset which we aim to pair with empathy & intention to bring to life not only beautiful events, but memories that our couples & their guests will remember for years to come. Together we’ve had the honor of guiding hundreds of couples through this season of their lives and we honestly talk regularly about how we can't imagine doing anything else.

Where do you find your design inspiration?

Nature has always been a starting point for me, especially the tones of the mountains, the texture of desert landscapes, the light in a space. I’m also regularly inspired by interior design, architecture, travel, and editorial fashion. But I've found that ultimately, the strongest inspiration always comes from our couples themselves. Their story, personalities, and priorities shape every design decision we make.
