Arrival & Accommodations:
If you’re coming from out of state, that’s no problem! Granby Ranch is roughly 2 hours from the Denver International Airport. However, there are a lot of options for your guests to make it safely to the property for your celebratory wedding weekend including rental cars, shuttles, a train or bus. Whichever they choose, the route is scenic and will be a preview to what they can anticipate all weekend.
Granby Ranch is a 5000 acre property meaning there are loads of accommodation options including 2-3 bedroom condos, penthouses, and beautiful private homes. Additionally, the main lodge is centrally located and easily accessible to all of your guests.

Ceremony & Reception Venues:
Granby Ranch is an oasis of beautiful wedding venues for you and your partner to choose from. Of course, you’ll want to say “I do” at Vista Ridge which is the stunning ceremony site on top of the mountain. The space can accommodate up to 250 guests and is available during the months of May – October (first week).
Vista Ridge: A Colorado wedding isn’t complete without epic views. Choosing to say “I do” at Granby Ranch provides you access to the breathtaking Vista Ridge. You and your guests will ride a chairlift to the top where an Aspen grove awaits. Don’t worry, you and your wedding party will have access to the Mountain Yurt to sip on mimosas and apply finishing touches before the big ceremony.

Slope Side Great Room Reception: The Slope Side Great Room is perfect for those wanting a little indoor and outdoor celebration space. This venue features a large private deck with views of a lush valley of Aspens and Ponderosa Pines, plus access to the Base Lawn for cocktail hour and the outdoor fire pit for star gazing between late night dances. Could it get any more perfect?

Base Lawn Tented Reception: After descending from the mountaintop, why stop enjoying the views? Host your wedding reception on the Base Lawn in a large tent. Start with an outdoor open-air cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing inside.

8350 Bar & Bistro Reception: This intimate space accommodates up to 40 people and is perfect for smaller wedding celebrations. The venue features a built-in-bar, lounge and table seating, a cozy stone fireplace and beautiful panoramic views from the patio deck. If you’re hosting a larger wedding, consider the 8350 Bar & Bistro for your rehearsal dinner location.

Activities in the Area:
There is plenty in the area to keep you, your wedding party and guests entertained all weekend long. Schedule spa services for you and the bridal party as a pre-weekend treat and send the boys off to the golf course for a round of 18. Meanwhile, within 20 minutes of the property your guests will have the following activities to indulge in:

Those who are not a part of the Rehearsal Dinner, will have plenty of options to choose from for delicious eats. Whether they stay on-site and enjoy Bluebird Bistro or First Chair Cafe, or decide to venture off-site there is no shortage of options nearby.
