We at Rocky Mountain Bride are known to be pretty big fans of dogs and adore when couples incorporate their pup into their wedding day. Colorado is infamous for allowing dogs to officially “sign” the marriage license as a witness, so it’s only fitting that we found 25 dog friendly Colorado wedding venues. As always, make sure to check with each individual venue on their specific requirements when it comes to your furry friend attending your wedding day. Read on to find the venue of your dreams where you can tie the knot with your best pup by your side!

1. Lodge at Breckenridge
Breckenridge, Colorado

The Lodge at Breckenridge boasts beautiful views overlooking Breckenridge Ski Resort and offers specialized packages to aid you in creating the wedding of your dreams. This lodge includes a cozy, boutique place for your guests to stay, which makes it the perfect venue to include your pup in your ceremony and gives them a comfy place to stay for the rest of the wedding festivities. Make sure to look through the Lodge’s dog policy to ensure your furry friend will meet all requirements to stand with you when you tie the knot!

Parker, Colorado

3. Harmels on the Taylor
Almont, Colorado

Located on the banks of the Taylor River in Almont, Colorado sits Harmels on the Taylor. This ranch resort turned wedding venue includes cabins for you, your guests and your pup to stay on-site and participate in every activity they have to offer.

4. Spruce Mountain Ranch
Larkspur, Colorado

Spruce Mountain Ranch is known for loving animals, but know that it is a working ranch, which means your dog must always be supervised around the grounds and remain on leash.  While dogs are not allowed in Ruby’s Cottage, they are welcome to participate in wedding festivities around the rest of the property.

5. Planet Bluegrass
Lyons, Colorado

This historical Denver venue, Grant Humphrey’s Mansion, only allows dogs in an outdoor ceremony. Sadly, your pup has to end their night early during your wedding reception at the Mansion.

10. Hotel Colorado
Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Hotel Colorado is a dog-friendly hotel in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Your dog can enjoy a stay at this hotel in luxury with a $50 per day pet fee and can participate in your wedding day at any outdoor wedding event.

11. Garden of the Gods Resort
Colorado Springs, Colorado
