Love Notes
“Lucy and the Wingwoman team were absolutely amazing!!! Truly the best money we spent on our entire wedding!! She made the entire experience so low-stress both leading up to the day and the day of. She was warm and reassuring and a total hype woman for us! She kept things organized and managed all of our vendors. Highly recommend Lucy and her team for your wedding and events! She is the BEST.”
— Erica Arnold
“The Wingwoman team was the best!! Lucy was extremely helpful with building our timeline, making sure we were on track, and not missing any details. Mallory executed everything flawlessly the day of the wedding. I was stress free leading up to the wedding knowing that I wasn’t missing anything, and I was stress free on wedding day since I knew the Wingwoman team had my back and would take care of any issues. I can’t recommend them enough and can’t imagine doing it without them!!”
— Telar McClure
“Our wedding could not have happened without Wingwoman Weddings there to help us! We got married at the Alta Peruvian Lodge which requires your own set up but allows for more flexibility. Lucy and her team helped set up all of our decor and break it down. She met with us multiple times beforehand, made a detailed schedule, coordinated with our vendors, kept our families in line, and ran the show with firmness while keeping it fun. Even when the power went out she helped with a back up plan. Her staff was amazing too!”
— Celia Trifilio
“Lucy and Sarah were beyond a pleasure to have on our wedding team. Lucy came with knowledge, energy, enthusiasm, and so much love to our process! We would not have been able to pull it off without her. If you’re thinking of getting a day of coordinator, definitely go with Lucy! She was available for all our needs and wants - even when I was being a lunatic bride. I honestly am so grateful for her.”

Fun facts

Where are you originally from?

I am a born-and-raised Utah native, specifically Little Cottonwood Canyon. I grew up in employee housing at Alta Ski Area before my family moved down to the valley when I was around five. While the location of my bed may have changed, my day-to-day remained deeply rooted in the canyon. I’ve spent most of my life exploring, playing, working, and finding inspiration in the mountains of the Wasatch Front.

What do you consider your style to be?

My signature style is more directly related to how I work: with heart + hustle. I care deeply about the details, am not afraid of getting in on the action, and take pride in creating a thoughtful, cohesive, and incredibly well-executed wedding day that feels completely personal to my clients.

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?

I love working with clients who care about how their wedding day feels just as much as how it looks. As your Wingwoman, I’m dedicated to executing your vision and obsessing over the details so you can be present for the moments that matter. My favorite clients are the ones who trust the process, are open to collaboration, and are ready to meet the day with enthusiasm and positivity.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

In a world where being disconnected is normal and living through screens is encouraged, I love watching all the different aspects of a couple's life come together for one day, in one space, to celebrate. Weddings can be busy, and sometimes it feels like you’re being swept around the room as you work to greet everyone, but at the end of the day, the point is that they are there. They are real. They showed up, and even if they only get to spend a small moment of the day with you, it was important to them to be there. It’s a powerful part of the story, and it’s what drives me to do the absolute best I can to make sure your big day feels incredible from start to finish.
