Wild’n Lo Photography

FOR THE AUTHENTIC AND WILDLY IN LOVE

From big ranch weddings to small family focused elopements, and everything in between, I’m here to capture YOUR STORY!

Hey y’all! My name is Lauren, but all my friends call me Lo! I am a wedding, couples, and elopement photographer. I have been doing photography for about ten years, and I am passionate about getting couples in front of my camera. I like to consider my sessions an overall experience. I cannot count how many times my clients walk away expressing how much fun they had while working with me!

For me, when capturing your wedding or elopement, it’s all about getting those unforgettable memories such as mom helping you get in your wedding dress, saying your vows, getting down on the dance floor, and all the happy tears in between. I want to create amazing and timeless photographs for couples to cherish forever. Not to mention, I am there to help long before wedding day! I always consider myself a friend of the bride to help give advice or recommendations and to bring exciting energy and overflowing happiness every step of the way. I’m your girl!

I’m based in a small town located in Northern Colorado, but am happy to travel in or out of state to be a part of your big day!

Love Notes

“Picking a photographer to take photos that you’re going to look back on the rest of your life is no easy task. I knew from that start that hiring Lo was the best idea! She is so kind and easy to work with. She made family photos on our wedding day a breeze (and big families are never easy). Lo made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing the whole time. Thank you, Lo, for giving us such precious moments, captured so perfectly. We love you!”

“Lauren blew our photos out of the water! We were so comfortable around her. She had Troy and I in our true state of love! I get comments all the time about how amazing my pictures are. Lauren is very professional and takes her time to do it right! Trust me… choose Lauren and you will NOT be disappointed!”

-Troy & Kerby

“For our engagement session, there was hiking, rain, outfit changes, and so much more. Even with the weather changes, Lauren was so positive, encouraging, helpful and such fun the whole time! This really made my fiancé and I feel so comfortable and laid back. We have some of the most beautiful, sweet photos in the gorgeous red rocks of Colorado as a result. What a dream! Thank you, Lo, for the memories and for capturing this season of our love so well!”

Fun facts

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?

I work well with couples who are laid-back, enjoy the outdoors, love a little PDA, and over all know how to have a good time! A lot of my photography is capturing candid moments between a couple. That may be tickling, dancing, or telling inside jokes. I am here to help make you laugh and have a great time! Major bonus points if you bring the horses and the dogs.

How did you get started in the wedding industry?

I had been doing photography as a side hustle for quite some time. A few years ago, I had a good friend ask me to shoot her wedding. I told her that even though I am incredibly comfortable doing shoots and events, I had never done a wedding before. She reassured me that she trusts my work and she wanted me to capture the big day. She would be honored to have a friend as the photographer. The day came and went all too fast! I fell in love with getting to capture such sweet moments of the happy couple on their big day. Getting to be apart of the whole wedding day process is so special. I get to see incredible moments between family and friends that not many get to witness.

Do you travel for clients? If so, where?

Yes, I LOVE to travel! Even though I am based in Northern Colorado, I'll travel anywhere. My favorite places are the open spaces of Colorado, mountains of Montana, and Wyoming.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

I am a sucker for anything father/daughter related. That could be first looks, walk down the aisle, or a dance together. My dad and I have a such a special relationship and I can't help but think of him while getting a little teary eyed during those moments.
