What do you consider your style to be?
Effortlessly natural. One major goal is to make sure each bride is recognizable to her loved ones on the most photographed day of her life. We strive to highlight natural beauty through color theory and subtle soft glam makeup techniques.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
Ever since I was little I wanted to be in the wedding industry initially I had dreams of becoming a wedding dress designer, but after going to school for fashion design and working in the apparel world. I realized that was not for me however, there is another place for me in the wedding world because I had worked as a retail makeup artist all through out and after design school. After gaining enough experience and knowledge to work in a fast paced high pressure environment, and with women from all walks of life. I left the life of a counter girl to become a wedding makeup artist.
Do you travel for clients? If so, where?
Yes! All over the Denver Metro area and beyond. Travel fees may apply.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
I like to see what inspiration photos a bride has, so I take her inspiration into account, but I also love to gather inspiration from her gown, jewelry, accessories, flowers and what her bridesmaids are wearing. Every detail counts. I love to use makeup to be a subtle piece to her wedding day puzzle.
