“Working with Ileana and the Wasatch AV team for a wedding this past weekend at the Deer Valley Resort was nothing short of an amazing experience from start to finish. I'm an LA-based wedding planner, and as this was a destination wedding for us, there were several "Utah-unique" challenges we dealt with throughout the planning process—such as last-minute pivoting for sudden changes in weather and ultimately a snow storm on the wedding night! What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
We love working with couples who are excited about their wedding and open to collaboration. Our favorite projects are the ones where we can take a couple’s vision, add our creative and production expertise, and bring the details together into something that feels uniquely theirs.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
Inspiration is everywhere! From Pinterest and design publications to Instagram, talented wedding professionals, and events happening around the world. But our greatest source of inspiration is our clients. Every couple brings a unique perspective, ideas, and vision to the table, inspiring us to think creatively and find new ways to bring their celebration to life.
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
Seeing the couple’s reaction when everything comes together. After all the planning and design, there’s something incredibly rewarding about watching their faces light up and knowing our team helped create a celebration that feels beautiful, personal, and completely their own.
