Availability: Open year round

Capacity: 200 guests

Event Spaces: Indoor or outdoor ceremony and reception, and inclement weather backup

Wedding Planner: Day-of provided with rental, outside planners are welcome

Food & Beverage: Catering through preferred vendor list, beverages provided by venue

Parking: On-site, dedicated parking lot

Accommodations: Nearby w/ shuttle services

Rentals: Tables and chairs, additional items rented through preferred vendors

Curfews: 10pm weekdays (Su-Th), 12am weekends (F-S)

Operations: One event per day, 10 hour rental (M-Th) and 12 hour rental (F-Su)

The Mediterranean villa and it’s outdoor gardens are what sold us - it’s a very unique place, full of character. It has a gorgeous background for pictures. We wanted an outdoor wedding for both ceremony/reception and Villa Parker was able to provide us with both. The grounds are large enough for guests to roam around rather than feel stuck in their seats the whole time. Kelsey answered all of my questions leading up to the wedding and Sophie, our coordinator, was on top of everything, making the wedding run smoothly and stress free.
