Chef Steve Murphy owns and operates Three Peaks Catering based in Driggs, Idaho. His team serves the surrounding areas including Jackson Hole, Wyoming and is willing to travel. He is a graduate of Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Although originally a resident of Berlin, NH he has now been a resident of Victor since 2010 and a chef in Jackson for years. His specialty is elegant western comfort cuisine with a focus on unique cuts of buffalo, elk, boar, trout and wild game. He enjoys preparing rich sauces and unique western dishes.

I cannot say enough about Chef Steve and Three Peaks Catering. They catered our 125 person wedding, and I lost track of how many of those people complimented/raved about the catering. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, unique, and beautiful. From the homemade chips at the bar, to the abundance of local ingredients, to the mouth-watering entrees of prime-rib and trout, to the gorgeous desserts, to the ever-popular late night grilled cheeses, and everything in between- everything was just amazing. The attention to detail was obvious and impressive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Plus, to top it off, Steve was the best to work with leading up to the big day. He was very communicative, helpful, accommodating, and fun to work with. Rather than adding to the wedding planning stress, Steve helped take the stress out, which I can’t thank him enough for. We talked with several catering options before deciding on Three Peaks, but we couldn’t be happier that we ended up with them. HIGHLY recommended. We truly are SO grateful that we found Three Peaks, and we will not hesitate to use you guys again, should we have any future catering needs, or to recommend you to friends. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience!
We can't stop thinking about the wonderful food you served at Julie & Shawn's Wedding. Everything - the chips, the nuts, the appetizers, salad, beef, trout & veggies! The bread, herb butter and the chocolate cream pie - every single item was delicious.
