“Cassie and her crew at The Wandering Wagon are a MUST for your wedding. #1 the complimentary tasting is SO much fun- these cocktails are so creative, so beautiful, and SO delicious. They do small tastings of each of the cocktails and we would have been overjoyed to have ANY of them served at our wedding because they were so delicious #2 Cassie sends you a grocery list with estimated numbers of how much alcohol you should buy- this is also super convenient because you can look around and find best prices and a lot of places will take refunds of any alcohol that was not opened (we went with Applejacks per Cassie's recommendation and it was VERY convenient) #3 The Wandering Wagons is environmentally conscious. Cassie makes her own garnishes using dried fruit while allows for less waste, they had great options for compostable cups, etc. It is clear that this is a priority for this business and we loved that #4 The bartenders/mixologists were just SO much fun to hang out with- the girls were dancing all night while making cocktails and you can tell they LOVE what they do. It felt like having a few extra old girlfriends there because they were so much fun to hang out with.

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
We love working with couples who are prioritizing a guest forward experience. Our bars, our team, and our cocktails are centered around creating a memorable night for our couples and their guests. Our drinks, our adorable bars, and our charismatic team will be talked about and remembered for years to come!
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
Cassie and Mallory were middle school teachers and met in a copy room. Cassie had just started The Wandering Wagon a few months before meeting and after becoming best friends they dove into becoming business partners. They are total opposites so they make the best team! Cassie is obsessed with all things cocktail creation and Mallory loves digging into all things design! They are a dream team and left teaching to go full time in this business. They also own Wild Social Micro Weddings so not only are you getting an experienced bartending team but they also have a wedding planner's eye to catch all of the details in the bigger picture of your day!
Where do you find your design inspiration?
We felt motivated to start a company that combined the mountain, western, and high-end aesthetics of Colorado all into one. This is what inspired our first bar which is built from a 1988 horse trailer. Our goal is to fit into any aesthetic so our second bar is a 1967 shasta camper. This bar is white with copper accents and gives a classic feel. What's great about our bars is that you can style them to extend the theme and colors of your wedding so that it can be totally personalized!
What is your favorite part about a wedding
We love cocktail hour! When the guests make their way from the ceremony to our adorable bar set up they get so excited and after their first cocktail they are raving the rest of the night! We love that we get to help our couples make their wedding an experience all around by extending the aesthetic they have chosen with their design team to the farm fresh cocktails and mocktails we shake up all night long!
