The Greenhouse is a beautiful setting for a romantic and unforgettable wedding celebration. Located in the rolling hills of Rockford WA, it is close to both Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. With multiple ceremony site options, different style tables, and a gorgeous backdrop, the Greenhouse is the perfect blank canvas for a wedding. Smaller weddings have the option to use the Greenhouse for ceremonies while larger ones can utilize it for cocktail hour and to dance the night away. For those larger weddings, couples may have their ceremony on the lawn with the Greenhouse as their backdrop, or have it on a second lawn space overlooking a hydrangea hedge and wide open fields. There are plumbed bathrooms on site, ample parking, and a catering prep area. Two separate getting ready areas for the couple provide room for the bridal parties to spread out and prepare for their big day. Access the day before, day of, and day after allows for time to execute the wedding of your dreams without being rushed. Whether you are looking for a relaxed, intimate setting, or space to spread out, the Greenhouse on Harvard is the place to celebrate.

“Mike and Aly have created thee most beautiful wedding venue. They have thought everything out for each vendor. Down to the extra fridge for cake storage, a bar for the bartender, the back gates for the caters with appropriate facilities, and a separate place for the bride and groom to get ready. The bridal suite is beautiful! We had lots of room for the girls to get ready.
Having the venue for the whole weekend really made it stress free so we weren't rushed to get in and out. We were able to set up and have a rehearsal that Friday and Sunday we were able to come back and clean up.

Fun facts
How did the venue become a wedding venue?
It all started back in 2019 when we were looking around for table and bench rentals to use at our own wedding. We decided to make everything ourselves which turned out to be a very good decision as it sparked an unexpected small business venture. 15 Tables LLC was born from it and we began renting out our tables and benches. Each year the demand grew and so did we, adding more inventory and even a double-decker bus from London. We built relationships with some amazing wedding vendors and venue owners. After being in business for a while we realized there was also a need for more venues in the area. It was important to us to think outside the box and create something that was beautiful, functional, and unique. A couple years later, after planning and building, the Greenhouse opened its doors in August 2023. We are always coming up with new ideas and continue to add to the venue and make improvements to the surrounding property each year.
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
Aly loves seeing all the joy and excitement of the day, and how each couple puts their own spin on the Greenhouse. Oh, and florals. Definitely the florals. Mike says meeting such kind, respectful and genuine people has been one of the unexpected gifts of owning a wedding venue.
Additional Information
We have 2 styles of tables-white with turned legs, and dark brown farm style with rectangle legs. A 1964 double decker bus from London is part of the package. It's a fun addition for lounging, photos, guestbooks, etc. The venue is located near the CDA Casino and Hotel, and if guests book at the hotel they can be shuttled to and from the venue.
