Nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, The Greenbriar Inn is an elegant restaurant, tavern and private event space located in the north Boulder countryside. The surrounding 20 acres features two ponds, striking woodland and thriving produce, herb, and flower gardens. The cuisine focuses on seasonal, American classics and is complimented by a 850 label award-winning wine cellar. With several private dining rooms and three outdoor spaces, The Greenbriar Inn is the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners and post wedding brunches from 10 to 300 guests.

We had the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors and the reception was indoors in the main dining room. The cabin lawn for the ceremony was so perfect, with the fall colors and then the foothills behind. It was a destination wedding for the majority of our guests and it truly was the perfect Colorado setting! THE FOOD - I have never been to a wedding previously that had good food so I was beyond happy to have had such fantastic food at our own wedding! What do you consider your style to be?
The Greenbriar Inn is a beautiful historic building with an elegant country inn ambiance. Features include original stone, warm woods, natural lighting and rich fabrics.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
From nature and our mountain roots. Keeping true to The Greenbriar Inn's history and Colorado aesthetic, it's important to us to use organic materials and bring the outside beauty in.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
The Greenbriar Inn has been a favorite location for weddings since it opened in 1967. We, as the current owners, have been carrying on the tradition since 1996 and now it's better than ever!
What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
We love working with all couples in all walks of life! We can also accommodate events of all sizes and enjoy hosting intimate elopements of 10 just as much as larger weddings of 300.
