TeNeil Hartley Events is a full-service custom wedding planning company with offices in both Highlands Ranch and Grand County to easily serve all of Colorado. As the owner and lead planner, I understand that you get one special day to start a lifetime of memories. My job is to make your wedding vision come to life, while ensuring the planning process and day of experience is seamless for you and your guests. From intimate weddings to large receptions, think of me as your “inside woman”. As a Colorado Native, I have relationships with vendors to ensure all the details of your wedding are perfect. The most valuable thing I do as a wedding planner is make the planning process relaxing and stress-free for you by putting your mind at ease. Every detail will be handled. I am genuinely passionate about every wedding I plan, regardless of the size or budget.

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
I truly enjoy couples who love Colorado and are excited to showcase it to their guests, regardless of where you are planning your wedding from. Whether you know exactly what you want and just need help executing your vision, need help developing that vision or fall somewhere in-between, I can be flexible in working with your exact needs.
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
I love getting to know a couple in order to help you create a wedding experience that not only fits your unique personalities, but leaves your guests saying “this is so them”. Modern weddings are so fun because nothing has to be done “traditionally”. I spend a lot of time with my couples talking about how we can personalize the traditional elements to make your wedding unique to you and your guests. My favorite part of the actual wedding day is toasts. Even after spending 9 months to a year with a couple in the planning process, I am always delighted to learn more about the couple from the stories shared by their friends and family. I am often seen laughing or crying right along with the rest of the guests.

What are your favorite activities to do in The Rockies?
While I am a Colorado Native, I was raised in the flatlands of Colorado about 6.5 hours from The Rockies. When I was finally able to make my home in the mountains, it became my playground. On my days off, I can be found outdoors hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. I am fortunate to live in a mountain town that has three mountain lakes and watching the sun set behind the mountains with the colors reflecting across the lake never gets old. On a cool summer night, sitting outside under the stars by the fire pit simply can’t be beat.
