Belen + Rolando (From Madrid, Spain + Monterrey, Mexico) met in Boulder CO in 2013. With the commitment to bring the best ingredients and authentic Mexican flavors they decided to start TACOS DEL NORTE, an authentic Mexican street taqueria.
After 6 years in business catering weddings, private and corporate events with companies as google, 1st bank, or CU Boulder, to mention some of them, we had created a team and a name that we are proud of to share.

Tacos Del Norte provided catering for our wedding of 145 people. Belen was amazing to work with throughout my quick planning process and the food was out of this world.
