“Alicia first did photos for us in 2018 when we flew from Toronto to Banff for a weekend away. She was early in her photography journey, and we had no idea what to expect- but were blown away by not just the finished product but also the experience. Three years later when we were trying to reschedule our wedding yet again, we kept going back to these photos and dreaming about how magical it would be to ditch the traditional wedding vibe and elope with a day that better reflected our love as a couple. Alicia was our first call.
We had no plan- just a concept; and she ran with it. Alicia was not just a photographer- she was a location scouter, wedding coordinator, driver, and our biggest cheerleader from the start of this journey. She single-handedly pulled together all details about the locations and timing of our day- and was down for absolutely anything as long as we got the day that we dreamed of. As someone who is not comfortable in front of a camera (in fact I’m downright awkward) and with a husband who despises photos- I am in awe of what she was able to capture. She made us feel so comfortable- it was honestly like spending the day with a good friend. We laughed, we hiked, we drank, and we had the BEST time. And now we have the perfect pictures to remember every moment.
She was as invested in this day as we were- and what more could you ask for. We can’t wait to travel west again and will definitely book another adventure filled session with her as soon as we can. 5.0 stars just doesn’t feel like enough- she made the day pure magic”
