Where are you originally from?
Steveston Creative is a husband and wife owned and operated studio located in Vancouver, BC. Emmett is originally from Ireland and Hannah is from Vancouver, BC - where Steveston Creative is now based.
What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
Steveston Creative has been lucky enough to work with countless couples from all backgrounds, ethnicities, orientation, gender, and we couldn't be more thankful! The couples that we tend to connect with the most are the ones who are excited to explore new ideas for their wedding are are not afraid to try something our of the "norm". If that sounds like you, we would love to light up your celebrations, too!
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
Emmett and Hannah, the owners of Steveston Creative have varied backgrounds in architecture, theatre design, fashion, and construction. Like many young brides, Hannah's love for weddings started a a young age with a pillowcase over the head! Later in life, Hannah became increasingly interested in the design and coordination of weddings
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
On a personal note, our favourite part about wedding is seeing two people and their families come together to celebrate their love and commitment to each other. From a business perspective, we love seeing how people interact with our work. Humans are naturally drawn to light, so our custom LED Neon signs are always a hit with wedding couples and guests!
