The Pavillion was the perfect spot for our wedding! The space felt intimate and warm! We ended up doing dinner in the typical cocktail area and did dancing outside. We had our ceremony at the Pavillion's riverside spot. The patio has an outdoor fireplace and beautiful string lights that made it gorgeous! We primarily worked with Amy, who was super responsive, helpful, and flexible during all of our changes. The Pavillion is a total steal compared to other mountain venues and I would definitely recommend it.

We planned our entire winter wedding from out-of-state without ever having traveled to Silverthorne until the week of. It turned out perfectly. The staff worked with me the entire time to get everything ready for our wedding, patiently answered all of my questions and were so incredibly kind. The facility was clean, well-kept and had everything we needed for our ceremony in the mezzanine and reception beneath afterwards (chairs, tables, additional glassware, sound system). We rented the kitchen and the lights (as a suggestion from the staff); the lights are truly beautiful. They add a magical glow to your day. We wanted a very simple, minimal wedding and to let the space do the talking. The wooden structure and the natural light are a timeless architectural feature. There's also a bridge and river right outside that's perfect for photos. You truly can't go wrong if you're looking for a cabin/woodsy, natural or wintery wedding feel.

My partner and I chose the Pavilion for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Amy and Cheyenne where amazing and so easy to work with. Amy responded and answered all our questions, usually the same day! The venue is a perfect spot if you want that mountain feel for your wedding. The ceremony was outside behind the venue in a cute little place right next to the river. We had 200 guests and this spot fit them all nicely and comfortably. Inside the venue comes with a full use kitchen, bar, and enough room to fit 280 guests! There's seating on the main floor and on the second floor looking down onto the main area. The bartenders where great and our guests loved them. They also had a "get ready" room for all our wedding party. The patio outside comes with tables and a fire place for the guests. Overall this was the PERFECT spot for our wedding and we couldn't be happier! I would tell anyone that if you're looking for that cute mountain wedding, this is defiantly the place!!!!
