I’m a outdoor lifestyle + commercial photographer based in Revelstoke + Kelowna, BC. I’m a reverse snow-bird you might say. I live in my hometown of Revelstoke in the winter and the Okanagan Valley in the summer. We have many choices in this life, deciding between mountain tops and a summer of jumping in a lake isn’t one I’m prepared to make.
I’ve been passionate about the outdoors for as long as I can remember— I grew up mountain biking and skiing— which often meant building jumps with friends year round and appreciating what togetherness in the outdoors really brings to your life.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family on the ski hill chasing our avid little skiers down runs or exploring Okanagan vineyards with my wedding planner, wife.

Fun facts
What do you consider your style to be?
Outdoor scenic photography inspired by natural surroundings and candid moments. I like clean lines, open landscapes, natural moments, and crisp imagery.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
I started as a ski photographer in Revelstoke and got into weddings in university when I met my wife who is a luxury wedding planner in the Okanagan. I quickly learned that connecting with people in nature whether that's skiing or on their wedding day, became my favorite way to be a photographer.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
The more epic location the better. My favorite mode of transportation is via helicopter. My heli pilot friends often joke with my clients that I have enough flight hours to fly the heli myself. (If I wasn't a photographer, that's actually the career path I would've taken.)
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
Sunset portraits because the couple is typically the most relaxed. It's the time of day when light is best, nerves are gone, they're just excited to be together and take a breather.
