We are the ‘Rocky Mountain Wedding Collective’. A team of mountain dwelling, adventure seekers who naturally connected people and created inspiring experiences before we knew it was called wedding planning!
We all live in the Bow Valley (Canmore and Banff) and share a love for supporting local. We take our jobs seriously, but not ourselves. We have so much fun brainstorming beautiful things together, celebrating the small moments, and laughing till our cheeks hurt. We can’t wait for you to join in on the good times.

-Your vision, coupled with our expertise and local vendor connections is the perfect combination to help you plan your wedding from the get go. This is the ideal service for couples who have a vision, want to be hands on and involved in the process, but want assistance with vendor bookings, vendor communication and help turning their vision into reality. We step in as soon as we are booked, and help plan and coordinate every detail including execution of the event on the day of.

At Rocky Mountain Weddings & Events, our style is all about blending modern sophistication with the natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies. We focus on creating meaningful and intentional moments that celebrate each couple's unique love story, rather than following fleeting trends. Our approach is to craft weddings that are both timeless and reflective of the couple's personal journey.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
It started with a love for bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences in the mountains we call home. What began as helping friends and planning small events slowly grew into a full-time business. Now, we’re a team of mountain locals who genuinely love this region - and we’ve turned our passion for the Rockies and event planning into a career that lets us do what we love every day
What are your favorite activities to do in The Rockies?
Living in the Bow Valley, we love the variety of outdoor adventures the Rockies offer. From hiking and skiing to exploring hidden spots off the beaten path, our team feels most at home in nature. That connection to the area fuels our creativity and helps us plan weddings that truly reflect the beauty and spirit of this place.
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
Our favourite part is seeing everything come together. The planning, the details, the emotions - as two people say “I do” surrounded by the beauty of the Rockies. Every wedding is different, and it’s those personal touches that make each one so special. It’s a huge privilege to be part of such an important day, and it’s something we never take for granted.
