Pine and Pond Wedding Venue

Weddings Made Simple

Nestled among the rolling hills of Alberta’s picturesque landscape, Pine and Pond wedding venue believes that weddings are a beautiful way to celebrate your relationship and commitment. And want your wedding day to be focused on exactly that – Your relationship! Their goal is to offer a wedding venue that takes the stress of planning away by providing an all inclusive experience and making choices simple so that you can prepare and invest in each other as you head into marriage.

The venue features a clear-top tent reception space—perfect for whatever Alberta weather throws its way. Two bright getting ready spaces. Ponds and a trickling waterfall act as the backdrop to your lush & green outdoor ceremony. And an on-site honeymoon cabin is the ultimate spot to sip your morning coffee and watch the sun rise on the morning after your wedding day.

Decor, day-of-attendants, tables & chairs, set up & clean up are just a part of what’s included in their packages so all that’s left is picking out the perfect outfit and saying “I do.”

Love Notes
Their team made everything so smooth and operate so well that we received glowing compliments from our guests that were able to attend. We had around 100 people at our wedding and everyone had ample space during dinner. The ceremony site is absolutely beautiful with the pond that surrounds it… Several guests told us that this was the nicest wedding they had ever been too so we were extremely happy how everything had turned out in dealing with Pine and Pond.

It is the most incredibly beautiful property and has ponds, and outdoor ceremony site, a cabin, a row boat, and an old school building. Everything is literally perfectly set up. If you're looking for a beautiful rustic venue in Alberta, this is the one. Check it out! I highly recommend.

Our guests could not stop raving about the venue, and had so many different areas to enjoy themselves, which eased our minds while we took photos. If you are looking for a place that has it all—from decor you can utilize, tons of parking, vendor suggestions, no corkage fee, beautiful wood tables, sound system, projector system and so much more—you are in the right place. We will forever cherish our beautiful day, and have so many stunning photos that we did not have to go anywhere to take, as the property has so many picture-perfect spots.

I can not say enough good things about My experience with Pine and Pond. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning but they make it so easy to plan a wedding like a pro. They outline everything they need from you so clearly and even have an Outline of recommended vendors so you know you are working with top individuals in the industry that come pre-vetted! It was so helpful as this was my first time planning an event of this size (as it is for many of us). If you are looking for a beautiful location where your ceremony and reception are in the same place (highly recommend) then I would strongly urge you to look into planning your special day with Pine and Pond. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more and that’s all thanks to Pine and Pond.

Fun facts

Did you know?

Our on site Bridal Getting Ready Suite "The Schoolhouse" was actually a functional schoolhouse from 1945-1960! We moved it onto our property in 2018 and gave it a bit of a facelift, but it's a pretty cool piece of Pine & Pond history.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

The RECEPTION! And here's why... a delicious shared meal, the teary eyed couple listening to heartfelt speeches, two families dancing together, joined together by the newly married couple. It's such a beautiful celebration. The love in the air is so tangible!
