Fun facts
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
After culinary school, my first experience working in the wedding industry as a baker for Great Northwest Catering in Kalispell, MT. I made everything there from creme brulees, to mini tarts, and that's also where I also got my first taste of wedding cake design!
Where do you find your design inspiration?
My inspiration comes from the beautiful place I am so lucky to call home. Our commercial kitchen is situated in a rural area just North of Whitefish at he base of the Whitefish Mountain Range. With the natural beauty of Montana surrounding, it's hard to not be inspired! When I need inspiration for a painted mountain cake, I often just look out the window!
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
The cake cutting & dessert bars, OF COURSE!

Areas we serve: Flathead Valley, including Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Somers, Lakeside, and Bigfork. We also offer delivery to West Glacier.
