Madison Webb Photography

Wander | Wonder | Wild

A mountain girl at heart, I was born in Idaho and have been lucky enough to call Jackson Hole home since 2014. I received my first camera for Christmas when I was thirteen and I’ve been passionate about photography ever since. I studied art history in undergraduate and graduate school. Seemingly unrelated on the surface, I truly believe that my background in art history helped hone my artistic eye and continues to inform my photography through composition, light, and framing.

I live in Jackson year-round with my two cats and longtime boyfriend. I truly love photography and cherish the opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible couples and families. I consider myself an awkward introvert and I’ve found that this is actually a benefit as a photographer – it helps me better connect with my clients, lighten the mood, and make everyone feel at ease in front of the camera.

Love Notes

“Madison was absolutely amazing!!! She was so patient with all of my questions and worked every single detail out with me. She was very responsive and very understanding of how important our special day was. The pictures turned out phenomenal!! Countless friends commented that our proposal belongs in a magazine! Choosing Madison as our photographer is the second-best decision I recently made (second only to proposing to Brittany)!!”

– Michael H.

“Madison is absolutely THE BEST! The photos were everything we dreamed of and more! Flew across the country just to have her take our engagement photos, and it was more than worth it!”

– Grace H.

“Madison was amazing as she braved -15 degree temps and snowshoeing to capture the most beautiful pictures and our engagement. She followed up with us almost immediately and continues to stay in touch through social media. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup!”

– Dillon H.

Fun facts

What do you consider your style to be?

I specialize in outdoor natural light photography! My style is warm, natural, and candid. I love to combine the beauty of Jackson Hole with the natural charisma of my subjects. I'm also a landscape photographer and LOVE embedding my client's love story in the landscape.

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?

It sounds cheesy, but I love capturing couples who are crazy in love! It comes across in the photos and it is just so fun to capture. I also love working with adventurous, fun-loving couples! In the Tetons there's no shortage of adventure and sometimes that incredible shot is just the extra-mile ahead.

Do you travel for clients? If so, where?

I love to travel, and am willing to travel anywhere for clients! Utah, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, and Arizona all within driving distance, but I'm certainly not saying no to Hawaii or Canada!

What are your favorite activities to do in The Rockies?

One of my favorite quotes is from Cheryl Strayed's book Wild, “There is a sunrise and a sunset every day and you can choose to be there for it. You can put yourself in the way of beauty.” My favorite thing to do in the Rockies is to watch the sunrise, to put myself in the way of beauty! This often involves pre-dawn hikes and early mornings, but the only sunrises I regret are the ones I don't experience!
