Fun and spunky! Love to work in unique venues and locations!
I am a mom of three (2 being kids and one puppers!) from Alberta, Canada. I have been full time photographer for 4 years and I couldn’t be happier with the journey it has taken me on! I love doing things that are authentic and genuine to my clients which has led to me to some really fun experiences and locations. Typically my clients are people that are up for anything, trust the things I tell them to do and than come back every year for more! I am so blessed. Fun fact about me, I have no stomach! I had my full stomach removed Nov 2022, due to a rare genetic condition that caused me to have 90% of my gastic body covered in adenocarcinoma polyps! So I am so grateful to be alive and well.
Leah is incredibly amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and incredibly confident! My boyfriend and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary in Aug 2020 and I booked her in Mar 2020 to make sure she wasn’t booked up! I cannot say good enough things about this woman! First she first was our photographer, now she’s our friend! I’ll never pick anyone else besides her for photos.

We’ve been fortunate enough to have Leah pretty much document our entire love story from our very first year, and this fall, she’ll capture our wedding day! not only is she an amazing photographer, but she is the most down to earth soul you’ll ever meet. Leah has secured her spot as our permanent photographer, but has also become a great friend which I think is incredibly important when capturing these moments for us. We feel like our genuine selves around her and always have the most fun. Our sessions are always unique and she has the best and craziest ideas, she creates our own special date night in the process. I’ve absolutely loved watching her style and business grow and evolve and I am so thankful we’ll have these photos to look back on years from now. there aren’t enough thank you’s in this world to express our love and appreciation for Leah!

Leah - I say this all the time - but I am in awe of you - both personally and professionally ❤️
Your hustle and talent for your art is incredible. The best in my opinion😘
Your love and zest for life, your care for friends, and unwaiving protection of family is nothing short of admirable! I feel lucky that we get to be included in a very small part of it all.

Thank you for all the time and work you put into our photos 💕
They are as amazing as I had ever hoped! Not that I had any doubts in your ability 😉
As I had said when we first connected, you are my dream photographer, and I am so happy we got to work together!
Also I love that you put a couple photos of only yellow canola for my dad in the album 😂😂😂 priceless!!

What do you consider your style to be?
Moody, sultry, with a fun and light twist!
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
I actually started off as a hiking influencer, I worked for many companies, Expedia, Telus, Banff lodging, Alberta Tourism and had many opportunities to explore and take in some amazing views. After having my first babe I decided to do a couple family sessions closer to home and it just sky rocketed beyond my wildest dreams!
Where do you find your design inspiration?
Mostly instagram! I actually spent a few years not following other photographers for the dreaded imposter syndrome but now I follow so many amazing creators that help me grow and keep me inspired!
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
Getting to know my couples and doing our sunset photos! After everyones a little more relaxed we get to run out and chase the sun for a few minutes and get some epic photos! Also the speechs. Because most of my clients I've know for a while, I really connect with them and love hearing stories.
