What do you consider your style to be?
Classic, Bright, Cheerful and Playful. This art is timeless, and is also fine art. It is a bit impressionistic, focusing on capturing the feelings and emotions of the day.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
I asked myself why I love creating art, and how I can create art that is meaningful. I enjoy interacting with people while I create, and I like collaborating with people's meaningful moments. So weddings fit absolutely perfectly with my values.
Do you travel for clients? If so, where?
You bet! Have easel, will travel! I will go anywhere for your perfect wedding or elopement.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
I take inspiration from those special details that tell a story about the couple. Whether it is the boat they said "I do" on, the butterflies they release, or the ranger hat their officiant wears, I include the memories in the painting. And mostly, I take design inspiration from the couple themselves. Each couple has a special love, and on their wedding day, you can really see it, so I lean in to capturing that.
