Customer service is as important to us as the skills of our trade. It’s part of the whole experience – expect a relaxing, friendly, and helpful service which goes the extra mile. We spend time in consultation with you prior to each appointment in order to understand and take into consideration your usual hair and makeup habits, your likes and dislikes, your comfort zone and exactly how you imagine yourself looking on your big day. Only then we get to work on your custom-styled look that will enhance the features you like most about yourself.

Quick responses throughout the weeks leading up to the day made the coordinating of everything completely stress free, prices were reasonable and better than several, and she even gave a PDF of any FAQs I could possibly think of prior to making my decision to choose them for the company I went with. The communication was so seamless and above any other company I inquired with (about 6 or 7 in the area). On the day of they showed up exactly on time, generously allocated enough time for each person needing to be worked on, and finished exactly when they estimated they would be done – all with making the whole experience friendly and personable. Julia came highly recommended by multiple people in Canmore, personal feedback has always been important to me and I knew once I heard about her, this was the lady who would do my makeup for my special day. Julia is very professional, and was always quick to respond to my inquires leading up to the wedding day. Based on her professional photos I opted not to do a trial run with her (I just knew I would be very happy). Her pricing was spot on for a makeup artist with her experience and reputation! On the day of the wedding, Julia was right on time and we got straight to the makeup session for my bridal party and I.
