It all started 31 years ago. Just a girl and her father, making family dinners and spending time with each other. Now, I get to take that love of food and passion for creating exquisite meals and share it with my clients. I love bringing people together, creating memorable experiences through expertly crafted dining experiences.
How did you get started in the wedding industry? The wedding industry found me. I started my culinary career working for the NHL back in Canada and I ended up following where the road led me. From hockey arenas to restaurants, private clubs and everything in between. It was working at the private clubs and a caterer that I was really exposed the most to weddings and the inner workings from a professional side. I fell in love with it all and haven't looked back.
What is your favorite part about a wedding? Seeing two families literally become one right before your eyes. When everyone is sitting down and eating dinner, there's so much laughter happening. Reminiscing and creating new memories all at once. It's a treasure that they are doing this while enjoying a meal I created for the occasion.
