Grand Lake Lodge

Experience bliss and panoramic views of the Rockies at our historic mountain lodge

Treat your guests to an unforgettable venue to celebrate your romantic adventure.  Welcome to the Grand Lake Lodge, a 100-year-old historic landmark nestled in Rocky Mountains.  Say “I do” at the Nuptial Knoll on an alpine bluff surrounded by picturesque views of jaw-dropping peaks, sparkling aspens and crystal-clear lakes.  Follow your ceremony with an outdoor cocktail reception on the Deer Deck to enjoy appetizers and lawn games. After your cocktail hour, invite guests to wander down to the stunning Pavilion Terrace, our outdoor covered reception venue that seats up to 180 guests and features panoramic views. After dinner, gather around the campfire and enjoy s’mores. For those night owls, stop by the Huntington House Tavern bar. Enjoy late-night munchies and a nightcap. Guests will want to spend a few extra days at the lodge so they can relax in one of our 70 cabins, cuddle up on a chair swing next to our giant wood-burning stove, or head out on an adventure to enjoy the charming town of Grand Lake or explore Rocky Mountain National Park. When you get married at Grand Lake Lodge you can expect memories and cozy feelings to linger well past your “big day”.

Love Notes

“We had our wedding here last week and it was so incredible! The views are some of the best anywhere, the staff here was so kind and accommodating helping us get our wedding set up in a week! The cabins are nice and cozy, the hot tub and viewing deck are some of the best places to chill and soak up the gorgeous surroundings in Grand Lake. To me this is the definition of the perfect Colorado experience, so close to endless adventures such as hiking, fishing, and ohv riding while staying in a gorgeous historic cabin. Grand Lake Lodge is such an amazing place to visit, I’m still in awe that our wedding here was so beautiful on such short notice.”

“What a wonderful place to “get away from it all”. The view of Grand Lake is spectacular! There is just about everything you would ever want: amazing views of lakes & mountains, a pool & hot tub on premises, decks to sit in the sun or shade and enjoy the scenery, a restaurant serving breakfast lunch & dinner, a bar, a well stocked gift shop, pleasant employees. I never wanted to leave!!!”
