The Chef and Kitchen team provide an outstanding and elevated experience for all of your guests, including those with dietary restrictions. Choose from multiple options of oceanfront space for Ceremony Venue, Cocktail Hour and Dinner Reception. For an Indoor Dinner Reception, you won’t lose the view from our gorgeous Waterfront Dining Room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The Galiano Inn Events Team is highly attentive to your vision for your wedding, the small details, and the unique culture of how you and your guests love to celebrate. The Venue is only a few minutes’ walk from the BC Ferries Terminal, and the rental Smart Cars allow for total flexibility to explore the island. Fly into Montague Harbour and staff shuttle will pick you up during daytime hours. If you’re a boater, you can also cruise into the Private Dock. The maximum size of a Galiano Inn Wedding is 100-120. Guest rooms accommodate approximately 40-72 guests, depending on the rooming arrangement, and overflow accommodations are abundant in the form of Airbnb and VRBO listings in Galiano’s south end.

“My husband and I had our wedding at the Galiano Inn & Spa in September. It was perfect. First of all, the whole place is absolutely gorgeous. The gardens, oceanfront, beaches, and restaurant are unparalleled. The rooms are spacious and feature real wood fire places! THE VILLAS HAVE OUTDOOR SOAKER TUBS. The spa is beautiful and the spa staff are miracle-workers. All of our wedding guests stayed at the resort and everyone absolutely loved it. The resort has tons of amenities and offered services to meet all of our guests needs, including shuttles and rental cars. The restaurant is phenomenal. Gourmet food and top shelf drinks. The venue staff, and in particular the Events Coordinator Brahmi, were absolutely incredible. Brahmi was a gem from day one. We got a wine tasting and "best-seat-in-the-house" treatment when we stayed to test out the venue. Our ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, and dance were all curated to meet our every whim. We cannot recommend the resort enough - for weddings, short stays, or anything in between. It is a little slice of paradise. We plan to return each year to celebrate our anniversary.”

“My wife and I just recently got married at the Galiano Inn, we both had such an amazing and memorable experience! Firstly, the staff were kind, welcoming, and truly went to every effort to make our weekend so memorable. The event manager, Brahmi, was so amazing! She went above and beyond to execute our vision of the wedding. We can't thank her enough. The room was incredible and unique, a very west coast experience! There are wood burning fireplaces in every room, along with ocean front views, it's simply delightful. We woke up to beautiful sun rises every morning with ferries going by, it really doesn't get much better than that! The food was delicious! We had great dining experiences at both the Atrevida restaurant and La Lena Pizza Patio. The chef served up some incredible appies followed by a lamb, steak, and fish dinner. Everyone loved the food and we were very impressed by the presentation and plating! If you're thinking of having your wedding here we highly recommend! They were super flexible right up until the wedding date. They had rain plans in place just in case. The staff really did a great job to accommodate both my wife and I as well as our guests. Can't thank the Inn enough and cannot wait to return on our 1 year anniversary!”

“A beautiful property with ocean views and playful wildlife. We watched river otters on the rocks while the ferry departed sipping our morning coffees. The villas have an outdoor fireplace and a private jet tub. Happily enjoyed the tub both nights! We stayed for a small wedding and it was very well organized. Food was delicious, presented with customer care and attention. It really felt like a vacation. We will be back! ”

“My now husband and I had our wedding here. Ever since day one we were in communications with the multitalented Brahmi from the venue who helped us at every step of the way for our wedding. The entire experience with the venue was literally top notch and the day of went flawlessly. I didn't quite understand how implicated Brahmi would be until the day before, and our wedding day wouldn't have gone so well without her. The rest of the staff at the Inn & Spa are amazing, everyone who worked the restaurant/bar/generally everything were fantastic and all of our guests were really impressed with the level of service the venue offered. Dean, the Chef, procured us last minute some edible flowers for my signature drink which really put the cherry on top of the fantastic food that was served throughout our stay. Our guests loved how everything could be done in one place on their stunning grounds. It was so easy to go to our rooms with everything on site if we forgot anything. They really felt accommodated and welcomed from day one. I would recommend this place not only for weddings but for general vacations as everything about our stay was just truly stunning.”
