Where are you originally from?
Born in Denver, CO but raised in Dayton, OH!
What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
My favorite kind of couples to work with are those that found me because my design style aligns with their vision & they completely trust my creative process. I create my best work when given creative freedom so I truly appreciate couples that trust my skills & process.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
Before starting Flick of the Whisk Cakes, I worked as an interior designer & pull a lot of inspiration from the clean lines of furniture & minimal design styles. My favorite quote to describe my style is "There is beauty in simplicity".
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
My absolute favorite part of the wedding is the dance party when everybody breaks out their best moves. I love the way music can make even the shyest people get up & move. The pictures of the guests dancing are always so fun to look at!
