“I came to Morgan with an impossible proposal of getting an intricately detailed custom engagement ring made in three weeks. She surprisingly didn't bat an eyelash on the timeline, listened to what my intentions were, and immediately got to work. What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?
Our couples are the ones who choose the scenic route. They'd rather collect experiences than things, but when they do invest in something, they want it to mean something. They aren't looking for the ring everyone else has—they're looking for the one that feels unmistakably theirs. Whether their weekends are spent hiking fourteeners, chasing waves, traveling somewhere new, or simply finding beauty in everyday moments, they're drawn to jewelry with personality, vibrant gemstones, and stories as distinctive as their own.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
My journey into the wedding industry actually began behind the camera. Before becoming a jeweler, I spent years photographing weddings across the country. It taught me that no two love stories are the same—and that the most meaningful details are often the ones no one else notices. That perspective still shapes the way I design today. Getting to know each couple is one of the most important parts of the process because the best jewelry isn't just beautiful—it reflects who they are and the life they're building together. Transitioning into fine jewelry felt like a natural evolution. Jewelry has been part of my family for three generations, and bringing together that legacy with my experience as a storyteller allows me to create pieces that are deeply personal and made to be treasured for a lifetime.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
I'm endlessly fascinated by the way light transforms the natural world—the shimmer of sunlight across the ocean, the colors that emerge just before sunset, or the quiet glow of alpine light after a storm. Those moments are fleeting, but they leave a lasting impression. When I designed the Dylann Wolfe collections, I wasn't trying to recreate nature literally. I wanted to capture the feeling a place leaves with you. Each design is an interpretation of light, color, movement, and texture, translated into jewelry that's not only beautiful to look at, but a pleasure to wear. The way a piece feels on the hand is just as important to me as the way it catches the light. For custom pieces, the inspiration shifts from place to people. Every couple has a story, and I love uncovering the details—a favorite coastline, the mountain where they got engaged, a place that changed them, or a shared adventure—and weaving those memories into a piece that's unmistakably theirs.
