“If you are getting married in the Jackson area, look no further!!! Bistro Catering is top notch! We had a relatively small wedding of 58 guests and our appetizers and entrees were to die for. The beef tenderloin was cooked to perfection and the staff was beyond amazing. We decided to go with family style serving and the staff was beyond amazing with serving, keeping our guests glasses full with their drink of choice, and on top of every detail. What do you consider your style to be?

We wouldn’t say we have one set style. The beauty of what we bring to the table is versatility. Our culinary team has robust experience presenting a variety of styles, which translates to great versatility and a high quality, no matter the style. We love showcasing the many iconic flavors of the region (ex. elk and huckleberries), but also enjoy incorporating elements from the couple’s hometown, where they met, etc. (ex. lobster rolls and fresh oysters-on-the-half-shell).

What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with?

Simply put - couples in love and getting married! No two couples are alike and that’s what makes for a fantastic wedding… The incorporation of different elements that are uniquely their own. Whether it’s a small mountain elopement or a large wedding with Teton views, we view each couple and each wedding as completely unique.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

Getting to know the couple we are working with and getting creative about how we can make the food, beverage and service side of their wedding completely customized to them. There’s so much planning that goes into a wedding, no matter the size, so we love relieving a bit of the stress by using our expertise and attention to detail to make each wedding one-of-a-kind.

What are your favorite activities to do in The Rockies?

We love hiking during the summer, exploring the many breathtaking and hidden lakes throughout the mountains, paddle boarding or floating the river. During the winter, you can’t beat skiing or snowboarding in the mountains. And you can’t miss an Elk Refuge sleigh ride!
