How did you get started in the wedding industry?

Basic Invite was started by Brock Bacik over 20 years ago when he was getting married and found out that the only way to order wedding invitations was to look through a wedding book in a bridal shop and then fax back your wording. He thought that their had to be a better way and that is when Basic Invite was born. As a designer by trade he wanted to make sure every couple could get a custom wedding invite no matter their design background. So he created a website allowing customers to take custom designed wedding invite templates and customize them instantly online with their photos, colors, and text and font choices.

Where do you find your design inspiration?

At Basic Invite we find take our design inspiration from the life experiences of our diverse design team that is located all over the globe. So our clients are sure to find something unique that speaks to them.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

As a stationery provider we don't usually get to attend the weddings so our favorite part of the wedding is getting the see the excitement of our couples as they get ready to tell the whole world they are getting married and the sheer excitement of letting their friends and family know the news.
