What do you consider your style to be?
My style blends editorial artistry with genuine emotion and intentional storytelling.
How did you get started in the wedding industry?
My journey into wedding photography was completely unexpected. I actually got my start photographing horse shows, but long before I ever picked up a camera, horses had already shaped the way I see the world. They taught me patience, to slow down, to be present, and to appreciate the quiet moments that often say the most. Through photography, just like horses, it makes us feel something without saying anything at all, I eventually discovered the wedding industry through friends who asked me to take their engagement photos, and somewhere along the way, I unexpectedly fell in love with love. I found so much joy in documenting genuine connection, honest emotion, and the moments that often go unnoticed. From that moment on, I knew this was exactly where I was meant to be.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
My inspiration comes from the intersection of nature and editorial design. I'm drawn to the warm light, rich textures, and landscapes of the Southwest and mountainous areas, while my years around horses taught me to appreciate subtle movement, quiet connection, and the beauty of simply being present. Together, those influences shape the intentional, refined style behind my work.
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
Honestly, I love all of it. I love the excitement and nerves while everyone is getting ready, all the little details that make the day unique, the emotions during the ceremony, and then ending the night with everyone celebrating on the dance floor. Every part of the day tells a story, and I love getting to document it from beginning to end. Also, to build a long-lasting relationship with every client, providing a memorable experience.
