All The Pretty Flowers
Welcome to All The Pretty Flowers, an award winning floral boutique in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Greetings! My name is Amanda Schutz and I’m the owner and designer of All The Pretty Flowers. A Santa Fe native, I love calling New Mexico home. With a background of architecture, art history and interior decoration, my fascination and passion for art and design fell into the hands of some of natures most delicate and interesting creations, flowers. My love for flowers goes back as far as I can remember and I absolutely love what I do! I’ve been working with flowers for over 10 years and there’s always something new to learn about. I’m continuously discovering new blooms, native flora, and things like vases and vessels to work with. The design process takes time and many carefully thought-out decisions. Color, shape, size, smell, longevity and personality, among other things, are all considered and I love that. The world of flowers is exciting and enticing and provides me with never-ending thoughts and ideas. It’s truly wonderful and there’s nothing else I’d rather be doing. When it comes to flowers, the skies the limit!
What do you consider your style to be? Artistic. Creative. Custom. Eclectic. Fun. Unique.
How did you get started in the wedding industry? I've always loved designing spaces, especially with flowers. Around the time when I first opened my business, a few girl friends of mine were getting married and I started by doing wedding flowers for them. It was fun, a challenge and a nice introduction.
Where do you find your design inspiration? Everywhere! I love a lot of types of art, and with that comes good color scheme and ideas. I follow a few flower designers in the biz as well.
What is your favorite part about a wedding? We love being immersed in the madness and seeing all of the details come together, especially florals!
