A Piece of Harmony Events
I received a bachelors degree in communications with an emphasis in business management and a leadership certificate. I then pursued certificates in wedding & event planning, event decor and corporate events. I have been in this industry since 2014. In that time, I have been a coordinator for one venue and managed two others. I am very well versed in the world of weddings (some as large as 300 people). Other than planning events I enjoy rock climbing (so much so that we built a wall in our garage!), riding my motorcycle or quad, hanging out with husband and dogs or settling in with a good book.
What are your favorite kinds of couples to work with? My favorite kind of couples are ones that I can collaborate with. I enjoy when I can be a guide for couples on the crazy wedding train.
How did you get started in the wedding industry? I attended Eastern Washington University intending to be an athletic trainer, but like most college students, that was not the degree I graduated with. After quickly realizing that athletic training was not for me, I decided to follow my passion and make a career out of planning beautiful events (aka bossing people around).
Do you travel for clients? If so, where? Yes, I am willing to travel anywhere in the Pacific Northwest.
What are your favorite activities to do in The Rockies? My husband and I love to adventure - especially with our dogs. We love when we get the opportunity to hike, rock climb or kayak.
