9 Acres Event Barn is a premier event venue in Provo, Utah, offering a beautiful countryside setting with breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains. Our 7,000-square-foot venue sits alongside three acres of professionally landscaped grounds included with every venue rental, giving guests plenty of space to celebrate both indoors and outdoors.
The property features expansive lawns and gardens, beautiful outdoor ceremony spaces, and a horse track that surrounds the grounds, where guests can enjoy the unique charm of horses and optional carriage rides. A large on-site parking lot provides convenient parking for guests, while our location near the Provo Airport and just minutes from I-15 and downtown Provo makes the venue easily accessible.
9 Acres is located on Finch Family Farm, land that has been part of the Finch family for more than 75 years. Once a dairy, vegetable, and pumpkin farm, the property has evolved into a working ranch and event destination.
Today, 9 Acres Event Barn brings together the beauty of the outdoors, the character of its agricultural roots, and modern amenities to create a one-of-a-kind setting for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, retreats, and special celebrations.

How did the venue become a wedding venue?
As the area around us continued to grow and develop, we knew we wanted to find a way to keep the land that had been in our family for generations. Rather than see the family farm disappear, we decided to give it a new purpose. That’s how the idea for 9 Acres Event Barn began. Building a wedding and event venue allowed us to preserve a piece of our family’s land while creating something that could continue to bring people together. What was once a working dairy, vegetable, and pumpkin farm has now entered a new chapter—a place where couples, families, and friends can gather, celebrate, and make memories of their own.
What is your favorite part about a wedding?
One of our favorite parts of a wedding is getting to be a small part of one of the best days of someone’s life. Every couple brings something different to the venue, and it’s so fun watching their vision come together and seeing 9 Acres filled with their family and friends.
