Love Notes

“Working with 320 Guest Ranch was seamless and enjoyable from the beginning. We booked our venue less than one year out and Bethany was so accommodating when it came to sharing cabin and site availability so that we could pick the date that worked best for us. Once our date was confirmed the venue was responsive and supportive. When we came to visit the ranch and have our meal tastings we were welcomed by the entire staff – everybody there is welcoming, kind and sincere. Since our wedding was out of state, 320 Ranch allowed us to ship wedding items to the ranch which they stored for us and that was such a big help. They were also very flexible when we had special requests for our rehearsal dinner menu items – side note all the food there is awesome. We feel very blessed we were able to have our wedding as planned and 320 Guest Ranch was the perfect place. If you are looking for a world class, serenely photogenic wedding venue that above all else makes you feel home and at ease on your wedding day, then it is the place for you. 320 Guest Ranch and its staff made our wedding dreams come true and we can’t wait to go back and visit for many years to come.”

– Kelsey + Evan

“We had the best possible wedding at the 320 ranch last summer in August. The staff, venue and accommodations were perfect. Meaghan was like a personal wedding planner and had all the answers, tips and recommendations needed to make it a perfect day and made the big day go flawlessly perfect with her expertise. We live in Texas and planning a wedding here in Big Sky from a far was a breeze. All the vendors we used came recommended by the 320 and they were all familiar with the venue and needed no assistance in set up, Joe’s DJ was amazing as well. This is a highly recommended all in one venue to have your wedding in beautiful Big Sky Country, amazing venue, staff, food, beverages, beautiful lodging accommodations on sight.”

Fun facts

How did you get started in the wedding industry?

I would say I got started in the wedding industry during my "Say Yes to the Dress" marathons back in high school! Just kidding...(not really)...I started in the wedding industry professionally after moving to Washington State to pursue a career in wine. And what goes better with wine than a celebration! Eventually, I decided I wanted to be a part of the wedding industry in a larger setting and moved to the Seattle area where I worked for another winery venue and started helping out other wedding professionals when I wasn't on-site for the wedding and it just went from there! I've always loved organizing and communicating and there's no better way to do it than to organize everyone coming out to the Ranch for a wedding!

Where do you find your design inspiration?

320 Guest Ranch finds inspiration from the nature surrounding us and the history behind the Ranch. The ranch started out as a homestead in 1898 and later became a rest and relaxation ranch so the design inspiration focuses on incorporating rustic farmhouse elements that compliment the mountains and valley around us.

What is your favorite part about a wedding?

My favorite part of a wedding would be the 8 hours leading up to it. It's such a fun energy to be a part of. From nerves to excitement, and from production to celebration, it's such a fun transition to see it all come together. I'm honored I get to take part in a couples' special day and share in their excitement as the day we've all been working towards manifests.
