It’s been over a decade now since Thomas and I met as volunteer Young Life leaders at UNC-Chapel Hill. We were the friends that everyone moaned about, “Will y’all just date already?” A year apart, I studied abroad in Morocco during his final semester of college and I’d say the distance did make our hearts grow fonder.
