Let’s face it, vetting through dozens of vendors for your wedding can be a slow and painfully tedious process.
Or, it can be A LOT OF FUN!
The Southwest Wedding Bazaar lets you connect with the best wedding vendors in the region and watch them at work. We put on a mock wedding for you to meet, greet, and party with the folks who run our area’s wedding industry. Unlike traditional wedding expos, the SWWB is a unique and perfect way for engaged couples to find vendors (and party!) — all in one super fun-under-the-sun day!
The SWWB will be April 30, 2023 from 3:30pm – 7:30pm at River Bend Ranch in Durango, Colorado. After check-in, guests will be encouraged to spend the first hour enjoying food and drinks, listening to live music, and getting to know vendors while exploring the venue.
Three vow renewal ceremonies are planned, the first at 4:30pm under the Big Willow, followed by a second at 5:00pm by the Cabin Willow, and the third ceremony at 6:00pm Lakeside.
When ceremonies aren’t going on, photographers will be taking pictures of guests at the various ceremony sites and at the end of the pier. There will be time for eating, dancing, taking in the views, yard games, and meeting more vendors!

You will be amazed at the stunning scenery, the relaxed atmosphere, and the wide variety of vendor services available to you. The SWWB is allows you to observe wedding vendors as it would be at your wedding.
Come curious and ready to soak in ideas and inspiration, while enjoying delicious food and refreshing drinks. Oh, and dessert! And live music! It’s an all around great time.
